About Us

Loop Litigation is an AI-native law firm founded by attorneys with Big Law training and in-house experience at high-growth companies. The firm pairs experienced legal judgment with custom AI agents its lawyers built themselves. An experienced attorney is in the loop on every judgment call — and clients stay in the loop on cost, strategy, and where a matter stands.

Who we are

Loop Litigation was built by litigators who spent years inside Big Law and inside high-growth companies — and grew convinced that the traditional model was structured against the client. Firms bill hours; we thought legal should be built around outcomes.

Behind every engagement are lawyers with experienced legal training and the hard calls made inside fast-moving companies — the experience and judgment that separate success from failure. We write clearly, give direct answers, and tell you what we actually think.

How we practice

We build AI ourselves.

Our agents draw on years of combined legal experience across the full lifecycle of company legal work. Agents reflect how we actually practice law — not how a software company imagines lawyers work. That's how we deliver experienced-attorney judgment in days rather than weeks.

We care about outcomes, not tools.

We don't get attached to tools; we get attached to outcomes. As the AI ecosystem evolves, we evolve with it, and our clients get the benefit of every breakthrough.

We're aligned with you.

Traditional firms are structured around billing hours. Loop Litigation is structured around your outcomes. For comparable work we expect to come in well below a traditional firm of similar caliber, and to deliver more than a tool — because AI lets our attorneys do what used to take a team.

A lawyer is always in the loop.

Our agents draft, analyze, and review — they don't decide. An experienced attorney owns the judgment behind every deliverable and is accountable for it. You stay in the loop too: what we're doing, what it costs, and where things stand, told to you before you have to ask. The firm is named for both halves of that.

We build lasting context.

The profile we build, the playbooks we develop, and the systems we put in place grow with your company. The longer we work together, the better it gets.

Principal Attorney

If AI created a lawyer to start an AI-native law firm

Anand has a rare combination of sophisticated legal experience, a background steeped in technology and AI, and time spent building products in the legal technology space. Loop Litigation brings all three together: a law firm powered by sophisticated attorneys using technology and AI to strengthen their work, while keeping attorney judgment and expertise at the forefront.

Anand has nearly 17 years of experience handling high-stakes business disputes — and a technologist's conviction that the practice of law should be driven by data and efficiency, not billable hours. That combination is the foundation Loop Litigation is built on.

Over his career, Anand has practiced at an Am Law 200 firm, co-founded and led a boutique litigation firm, and served as Managing Partner of a data-driven eDiscovery and litigation support firm. He has steered large-scale antitrust cases, class actions, and multi-district litigation, along with a wide range of business disputes spanning contract, fiduciary duty, trade secret, fraud, professional liability, and appellate matters — in state, federal, and appellate courts across the country.

Anand has also spent several years building legal technology products, serving as Product Owner for AI-driven eDiscovery tools — including predictive coding, privilege review, and legal analytics — and as General Counsel advising a legal tech company navigating the rapidly evolving, AI-driven legal landscape. Anand is known for a big-picture, strategic approach: helping clients understand the real nature of a dispute, weigh litigation against alternatives, and pursue a strategy that fits realistic time and cost constraints. He is a persistent advocate for working efficiently — using technology and data to strengthen his clients' positions while keeping costs down.

Before practicing law, Anand worked at a large technology consulting firm, and he has tracked the impact of emerging technology on the legal field ever since. At Loop Litigation, that background is central: the AI agents behind the firm are built to reflect how experienced litigators actually practice.
